L’acquisition d'œuvres permet ainsi réduire le bénéfice imposable d’une société avec la démarche suivante :

1/ Acheter une œuvre d’art
2/ L’exposer dans un lieu ouvert au public pendant 5 ans
3/ Enregistrer le montant dans un compte d’actifs immobilisés
4/ Déduire le prix d’acquisition du résultat imposable des 5 ans à venir dans la limite de 5% du CA (art.238b du CGI).

INSTALLATION ON THE CHAMPS-ELYSÉES

 

The famous auctioneer François TAJAN who directs the Artcurial auction house enabled artist MARC-ANDRÉ 2 FIGUERES to propose an installation of the Points 2 vue sculptures in Paris at the end of the Champs Elysées.

 

POINTS 2 VUE© AS A WINDOW ONTO THE ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL CITIES IN THE WORLD.

In this unique space that is Paris, the sculpture-frames are implanted according to a precise objective. One Points 2 vue that has to do not only with the object but also with the approach. The eye goes through the frame towards the site selected. Here the Artcurial banner is the focus for the eye.

A Points 2 vue can only fully exist thanks to an in situ installation that even a photograph taken within the frame cannot convey.
